With a passion for financial management and a keen eye for detail, Thusnelde is a grants management coordinator at the University of Namibia, which includes the FLOURISH project. With a solid foundation in accounting, she earned her B Tech degree in Accounting and Finance from the Polytechnic of Namibia. Her academic pursuits in finance have provided her with a comprehensive understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk management. Beyond her academic and professional endeavours, Thusnelde is a lifelong learner and an enthusiastic explorer of knowledge.

She embraces opportunities for personal growth, always seeking to expand her horizons and stay abreast of industry trends and advancements. Outside of her professional life, Thusnelde finds solace in netball and running, which help her maintain a balanced and focused mindset. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance at Namibia Business School.
