Penelao Nangolo is an experienced, resourceful, effective and goal-oriented person. She has over 8 years working experience in the environment field. She holds a Master of Science in Integrated Water Resources Management from the University of Zimbabwe and currently concluding her PhD in Integrated Natural Resources Management with the International University of Management.

Her interests are in sustainable natural resources management and environmental management. Ms. Nangolo is currently the Head of the Centre for Environmental Studies, under the Faculty of Environment and Sustainable Tourism, at the International University of Management.

She is a team player and has professional communication and organizational skills with the will and determination needed to succeed.
